Can you tell me something about yourself, Jane?

I graduated from uni in China and I was an accountant for 2 years with an international company.

Why did you decide to study English in NZ?

I got a working holiday visa as NZ is the only country to give Working Holiday Visas to Chinese so I have worked in several jobs before I studied.

Why did you choose WELS?

What are your plans here in NZ?

I want to do a post –graduate diploma in commerce. That’s why I need the IELTS score of 6.5

How is the IELTS class?

The number of students is not too much so the teacher can focus on one student, and give you suitable materials and advice so you can improve effectively.

What is it like here?

I’ve made a lot of new friends who come form lots of different countries. We can share our ideas about our countries and this country and go hiking together at weekends.

What advice would you give somebody coming to study here?

The school has different level classes. The teachers are very patient and they will give you a lot of skills to help you.
